Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Host Darcy! Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und der Blick von der Terrasse auf Isla Catalina im Pazifik mit Sonnenuntergang war grandios. Darcy ist unglaublich freundlich, witzig und zuvorkommend. Er konnte uns gute Tipps für Restaurants oder Aktivitäten geben und hat sich immer gekümmert, sobald wir etwas brauchten. Es leben zwei kleine Hunde und eine Katze vor Ort. Man hat direkten Strandzugang, Kayaks, Wäscheservice und kann sich gefiltertes Wasser abfüllen lassen, um Plastikflaschen zu sparen. El lugar es muy bello, cómodo, limpio y con una vista espectacular además de MUY bien ubicado a 1-3 minutos de centros de buceo y snorkel así como de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia.

Quiet, three rooms in private house, shared outdoor kitchen and patio space. One room has private bathroom, the other two must share baño..  Patio  looks out on ocean (water comes up to edge of property) and across to a small island...an easy 30 minute  kayak, which you can rent for $20 for 24 hours (double kayak). All the boats for scuba and snorkeling trips leave from there, and there are a number of mini markets, dining and coffee establishments all within a super short walk. Town is a bit shabby, but seemingly safe, with kind, friendly locals.  Swimming at that part of the coastline is not all that great, you have to travel a kilometer or two to get to Estero Beach. Proprietor Darcy and familia super nice, helpful, and two small doggies and a kitty won me over easily.  Very relaxing place, quiet little village.  Would go back.

We loved our stay at the Coiba house. The location was perfect directly at the beach. The house is very beautiful and the host Darcy made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of good recommendations. Highly recommend this place!
